This recipe couldn’t be easier and is sure to become one of your go to recipes. Fusion at it’s finest, this easy dinner combines two all-time favorites, cheeseburgers and burritos. Simply brown ground beef, add a few ingredients that you probably have in your fridge and simmer. Wrap the mouthwatering mixture all up in a flour tortilla and boom…dinner! On the table in just 20 minutes.
I especially love making this recipe during the winter months when it’s just too cold to head out to the grill. When you bite into these burritos, it’s all cheeseburger flavor coming through. These burritos are also great to serve for game day. Double or triple the beef mixture then set it up on a Burrito bar and everyone can make their own. Start with lettuce and tomato for toppings then add your favs. Crumbled bacon, chopped red onion and blue cheese are my go-to toppings. You can take the fusion even further – salsa, canned green chilies, hot sauce…The more topping options the better.
